Raipur: Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, an amount of \u20b9152.84 crore was directly transferred today to the bank accounts of more than 1.41 lakh farmers in Chhattisgarh. This payout will not only compensate them for crop losses but also ensure financial security for the farming community. On the occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, stating that under their visionary leadership, the scheme has become a protective shield for the state\u2019s farmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CM Sai said that across the country today, more than 30 lakh farmers have received over \u20b93,200 crore in crop insurance claim benefits. \u201cThe protection and prosperity of our farmers is our highest priority. With the guidance and determination of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a new gateway has been opened for farmers\u2019 prosperity and economic security,\u201d the Chief Minister remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
