Tehran, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in US-Israel airstrikes, confirms Iranian state media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Four relatives of Khamenei, including his daughter, grandchild and son-in-law, were also killed in the US-Israeli strikes, reported Iran’s Fars News Agency on Sunday, citing sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Earlier, taking to Truth Social, US President Donald Trump announced that the Iranian Supreme Leader was killed in joint US-Israeli strikes, calling it the “single greatest chance” for Iranians to reclaim control of their country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cKhamenei, one of the most evil people in History, is dead,\u201d Trump said in a statement. He called it \u201cJustice for the people of Iran\u201d and for \u201call Great Americans, and those people from many Countries throughout the World, that have been killed or mutilated by Khamenei and his gang of bloodthirsty THUGS.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trump said Khamenei \u201cwas unable to avoid our Intelligence and Highly Sophisticated Tracking Systems and, working closely with Israel, there was not a thing he, or the other leaders that have been killed along with him, could do.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe are hearing that many of their IRGC, Military, and other Security and Police Forces, no longer want to fight, and are looking for Immunity from us,\u201d Trump said. Repeating a warning issued earlier, he added: \u201cNow they can have Immunity, later they only get Death!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He claimed that \u201cnot only the death of Khamenei but the Country has been, in only one day, very much destroyed and, even, obliterated.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
