The successful candidates include Darshana Singh (Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur), Raunak Agrawal (Raipur), Vaibhavi Agrawal (Raipur), Diamond Singh Dhruv (Dhamtari), and Sanjay Dahriya (Raipur).<br>Darshana Singh, daughter of a farmer from Janakpur, secured the 383rd rank and has been selected for the Indian Police Service (IPS). Her achievement has sparked celebrations in Janakpur, a former gram panchayat recently upgraded to a nagar panchayat.<br>Her mother, Seema Singh, serves as a councillor of Nagar Panchayat Janakpur, while her father, Arun Singh, is a local farmer. Darshana completed her schooling in her village before clearing the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) to pursue engineering at IIT Kanpur.<br>&#8220;I nurtured the dream of becoming an administrative officer since Class 5,&#8221; Darshana said. After her B.Tech, she moved to Delhi for a year of coaching before shifting to independent study. She chose sociology as her optional subject, clearing the prestigious exam in her second attempt.<br>Despite her selection for the IPS, Darshana plans to appear for the examination again. She aims to improve her rank to join the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).<br>In Dhamtari district, Diamond Singh Dhruv from Parswani village secured the 623rd rank. A 2024 batch officer of the Chhattisgarh State Police Service, Dhruv currently serves as a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).<br>Dhruv, who qualified under the Scheduled Tribe category, is eligible for the IAS or IPS. He prepared for the UPSC for over two years in Delhi through self-study, emphasizing that &#8220;patience and persistence&#8221; were key to his success.<br>In Raipur, successful candidate Sanjay Dahriya received a personal visit from Collector Gaurav Singh. The Collector congratulated Dahriya with a bouquet and sweets at his residence.<br>Dahriya was a participant in &#8216;Project Anubhav&#8217;, a district administration initiative designed to guide UPSC aspirants through the interview process.
