The Chief Minister asserted that any compromise on the quality of development works is &#8220;completely unacceptable.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Sai held a telephonic discussion with Bemetara Collector Pratishtha Mamgain and directed a comprehensive, time-bound investigation into the matter. He instructed officials to conduct a technical audit of the road to assess the quality of materials used and the effectiveness of the supervision during construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Minister further ordered that if irregularities or violations of standards are found, strict punitive action must be initiated against the concerned contractor and responsible officials. He also directed the administration to ensure the immediate reconstruction of the damaged stretch to facilitate smooth movement for the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Sai has also mandated a special review of all ongoing construction projects across the district to prevent similar occurrences. He emphasised that ensuring transparency, accountability, and durability in infrastructure is a core responsibility of the administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The government\u2019s intent is clear\u2014quality, transparency, and accountability must be ensured in every project concerning public interest,&#8221; the Chief Minister stated.
