He warned that citizens must not face administrative hurdles for basic grievance resolution.
The comprehensive session evaluated regional developmental projects, law-and-order situations, revenue administration, healthcare infrastructure, educational reforms, and tribal welfare schemes.
Reviewing the Bastar Munne campaign and the Mukhyamantri Swasth Bastar Abhiyan, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai ordered regular health outreach camps in remote forested terrains. He instructed that these camps run continuously for two to three days where necessary to deliver on-ground solutions rather than confining medical progress to statistical reports.
The Chief Minister ordered a special campaign to rapidly clear pending revenue cases, explicitly targeting mutation, land demarcation, partition, and record corrections delayed for over a year.
The meeting also evaluated the progress of the SVAMITVA scheme, forest rights title distribution, and the rehabilitation of displaced Bastar-origin families returning from neighboring states.
To bolster the rural economy, the Chief Minister called for linking women-led self-help groups (SHGs) with high-yield income activities. He instructed officials to draft a dedicated shrimp-farming development plan for water bodies along the Shabari river region.
Products manufactured by these tribal women will be marketed under a uniform “Bastar Brand” to streamline sales and eliminate middlemen.
Additionally, the Chief Minister explored avenues for water sports, adventure tourism, and jungle safaris in the tri-district cluster to link local ecological hotspots directly with youth employment.
With the kharif sowing season approaching, the Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure the timely stock verification and distribution of seeds and fertilisers. Addressing the limited supply of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP), he mandated public awareness campaigns promoting alternative nutrients like Single Super Phosphate (SSP) and nano urea.
To address critical teacher shortages in interior schools, the Chief Minister advocated the immediate deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based learning modules. He lauded Bijapur district’s “Shiksha Mitan” project and recommended expanding successful classroom innovations division-wide.
The state government is also upgrading the Chief Minister Helpline into a high-accountability grievance platform, where public complaints will be monitored directly by senior bureaucrats.
Addressing recent fuel supply anxieties, the Chief Minister urged the public to use petrol and diesel judiciously, clarifying that the state has no fuel deficit. He directed police authorities to take strict legal action against anyone spreading panic or artificial scarcity rumors.
The review meeting concluded with updates on vital infrastructure projects, including the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Mahtari Vandan Yojana, and road safety protocols under the country’s new criminal laws.
The high-stakes meeting was attended by Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh, Special Secretary Rajat Bansal, Bastar Commissioner Doman Singh, and other senior administrative officers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Raipur, June 02 Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday directed top bureaucratic and police officials to ensure 100 per cent saturation of welfare schemes across the remote and […]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":2662,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9,20],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2661","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-chhattisgarh","category-display","has_thumb"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2661","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=2661"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2661\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2663,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/2661\/revisions\/2663"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/2662"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=2661"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=2661"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/newsaxis.com\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=2661"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
