The fiscal intervention has passed on a direct financial benefit of \u20b950.14 crore to citizens across the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to data released by the Registration and Stamps Department, a comparative analysis between 6 May and 30 June 2026 against the corresponding period last year revealed that the share of sale deeds registered exclusively in women&#8217;s names rose from 32 per cent to 41 per cent. Total property registration documents executed by women increased from 14,668 to 21,292 during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nearly 75 per cent of the state&#8217;s districts recorded an annual growth of over 20 per cent in women-led property registrations. Districts charting the highest growth trajectories include Janjgir-Champa, Balod, Koriya, Raipur, and Kanker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Minister Sai emphasized that accelerating women&#8217;s property ownership is a structural step toward social justice and inclusive development. He noted that the initiative enhances grassroot economic security while systematically strengthening the decision-making role of women within families and broader society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finance and Commercial Tax (Registration) Minister O.P. Choudhary stated that the sharp rise in registrations reflects a positive socio-economic transformation.
