The mandate forms a key part of the comprehensive guidelines issued on Friday for the upcoming celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main state-level celebration will be held at the Police Parade Ground in Raipur at 9:00 AM IST. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai will hoist the National Flag, take the salute at the ceremonial parade, and address the people. Security contingents from the BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, CAF (men and women), Home Guards, NCC, and various band platoons will participate in the march-past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detailed instructions have been sent to district collectors and department heads to ensure uniform observance. At district headquarters, state-nominated ministers will lead the functions, hoist the National Flag, and read out the Chief Minister&#8217;s address. Local bodies, including Janpad Panchayats, Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats, and Gram Panchayats, will organise independent flag-hoisting ceremonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The state government has instructed district administrations to honour freedom fighters and the families of security personnel martyred in Naxal violence. Official advertisements scheduled for release on 15 August will pay tribute to the heroes of India&#8217;s freedom struggle and local bravehearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Government buildings, offices, and monuments of national importance will be illuminated on the evening of 15 August. Citizens and private institutions have also been requested to hoist the National Flag and decorate their premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Educational institutions and government offices must complete their flag-hoisting ceremonies before 9:00 AM IST. The morning events will include the National Anthem, Prabhat Pheris, cultural programmes, sports events, and plantation drives.
