The state has disbursed more than \u20b920,000 crore directly into beneficiaries&#8217; bank accounts through 31 instalments so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Women are not just scheme beneficiaries; they are equal partners in building a developed Chhattisgarh,&#8221; Chief Minister Sai said. &#8220;Our goal is to ensure every woman gets the resources, training, and opportunities needed to achieve financial independence.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, over 13.85 lakh women in the state have joined the ranks of &#8216;Lakhpati Didis&#8217; through self-help groups and micro-enterprises, creating sustainable livelihood streams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting cultural infrastructure development, Chief Minister Sai announced that a state-of-the-art Film City is being built at an estimated cost of \u20b9650 crore to promote local art, culture, and creative talent. The facility is expected to generate employment opportunities for local artists, technicians, and youth while giving global visibility to Chhattisgarh&#8217;s cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, Chief Minister Sai felicitated eminent folk artists for their contributions to preserving and promoting the state\u2019s traditional arts.
