The Chief Minister was speaking after inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for development works worth over \u20b9195 crore at a public programme held in Suhela village of Balodabazar-Bhatapara district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, the Chief Minister handed over keys to 1,073 beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana\u2013Gramin (PMAY-G) and distributed LPG connections to around 3,000 women under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. He also issued property records to 5,000 farmers under the SVAMITVA Scheme and provided various materials and cheques to beneficiaries of other government welfare schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CM Sai stated that the Prime Minister&#8217;s vision is to ensure that every household has a &#8216;pucca&#8217; house, sanitation facility, clean drinking water, and benefits from the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. He emphasised the State Government&#8217;s full commitment to realising this vision. Highlighting that Chhattisgarh is celebrating the silver jubilee of its statehood, he asserted that every guarantee announced by Prime Minister Modi is being fulfilled sequentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Minister highlighted that the state is currently procuring paddy from farmers at \u20b93,100 per quintal, for up to 21 quintals per acre. The collection rate for Tendu leaves has been increased to \u20b95,500 per standard bag, and farmers have already received the pending bonus for two years. He noted that a large number of women are benefiting from the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and the Ujjwala Scheme. He also urged people to install solar panels to take advantage of the substantial subsidies provided under the PM Surya Ghar scheme, which offers free electricity to households.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praising the district administration\u2019s \u201cHum Honge Kamyab\u201d initiative, the Chief Minister said that the programme, which provides skill training to youth aligned with their interests, has already benefited more than 500 young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao and Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal also addressed the gathering, confirming that Chhattisgarh is undergoing rapid and transformative development under Chief Minister Sai\u2019s leadership. Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma informed the public that road works worth more than \u20b9100 crore have been sanctioned in the Balodabazar-Bhatapara district alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key announcements made by the Chief Minister included the establishment of a new government college in Suhela, the construction of a Community Health Centre building in Tilda, and the construction of a new Government Girls\u2019 Higher Secondary School building and a new commercial complex in Balodabazar. He further announced the construction of sheds worth \u20b910 lakh each at 50 paddy procurement centres across the district and the construction of road dividers with lighting on all three roads extending one kilometre from the Suhela junction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Major foundation-laying works inaugurated included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strengthening of the Balodabazar\u2013Risda\u2013Hathband road at a cost of \u20b949.17 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction of the Risda bypass road in Balodabazar for \u20b920.98 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An indoor stadium complex in Balodabazar for \u20b915.59 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction of 717 houses under PMAY\u2013Gramin for \u20b98.60 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction of the Sungera anicut across the Kolhan nala at a cost of \u20b98.04 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficiary-oriented materials and cheques worth over \u20b95 crore were distributed during the event, including: \u20b927 lakh returned to victims of cyber fraud; \u20b983 lakh under various Labour Department schemes; \u20b94.25 crore in post-matric scholarships for 8,333 students; and cheques for various amounts under self-help group, \u2018Saksham\u2019, and employment generation initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raipur, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday asserted that the Chhattisgarh Government is committed to fulfilling every guarantee promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
