Vishnu Deo Sai hails NDA gains as mandate for ‘Viksit Bharat’
Raipur, May 04: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday termed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and NDA’s electoral success in West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry as a historic mandate reflecting public faith in development and governance. Speaking on the trends as counting progressed, the Chief Minister said the results reinforce the vision of a “Viksit Bharat” under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a post on X, Vishnu Deo Sai congratulated the people of the three regions, describing the outcome as a symbol of democratic strength, public trust, and nationalism. He stated that the mandate represents a victory of development and national interest over what he described as “appeasement, corruption, and fear-based politics.”
Referring to the results in West Bengal, the Chief Minister called the outcome historic and credited it to the sustained efforts and dedication of party workers. He noted that the performance in the eastern and southern regions signals a major shift in the country’s political map.
Vishnu Deo Sai also acknowledged the role of organisational leadership and coordination in achieving the results. He said party workers, office-bearers, and elected representatives contributed significantly under the leadership of BJP National President and with the guidance of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
